are thumbs-ups lame?

Thumbs-up are awesome.

I use them all the time. Also, I stick out my pinky when I'm hanging ten.

I think pretty much all hand gestures are lame.

Better than this.

I always do it. I think i started doing it ironically, and probably still do to some extent.

I frequently give thumbs up. High-fives are "lame".

Only certain situations are appropriate for a thumbs up. I can't quite clarify, when its time for a thumbs up you just feel it.

If thumbs-ups are lame, somebody kill me now, because that would make me a totally lame person.

Thumbs-up are way better then high fives.

The thumbs-up is kinda like winking; it's very situational, and not many people can pull it off properly without looking creepy or retarded.
