Are you following Sarah Killen?

As you may or may not know, Conan O'Brien started his official twitter account last month. Earlier today he decided to follow a person at random, and it turned out to be this girl named Sarah Killen. Now she has gone from having 3 followers to 9,300, and counting; as well as being covered by MTV. She's quickly becoming an internet celebrity, and according to her, it's completely changing her life.
