Somewhat. I'm trying to exercise more on a grand scale. I'm not exactly overweight and I'm not exactly the fittest of the bunch, but I try to work out as much as possible at least once or twice a week.
Are you in shape?
hmm..define..in shape?
I could be in a circle..or maybe a square
anyways I eat healthy with junkfood on the side =)
I exercise 3 times a week
but in my free time I like to
eat pizzas to myself &
Play videogames until my eyes burn =D
Ive been lifting weights just about every other day for the last couple of months trying to get in wrestling shape. I've worked out three days in a row for the last three days also and im sore as hell
I'm not in shape. I'm 19, and I'm afraid that if I keep sitting like I do and eating like I do that I eventually will grow wider.
I guess I'm in shape.
I exercise somewhat every day. Also, I have one of those biking machines I use while gaming.
Gaming + Exercising = keeps you fit
"I'm too skinny. I have muscle tone, but strangely I'm very light weight.I have muscle tone and you can even see veins popping out but thats prolly cause I am too skinny...?
"
Im out of shape Im 6'3 weigh about 240 and last time I checked for somone for my size i should wiegh around 215 I do have a gut but Im starting to work out
A good way to see how healthy you are is to see how quickly you can run 1.5 miles. I can do it in under 9 minutes now, but Im training for military.
I'm in pretty good shape. I'm still young, so haven't started working out too much. I jog for 5 kilometres every day, and I play TONS of rugby and hockey.

Yeah, I'm getting better every week. I've been working out 3-4 times a week, steadily for about 3 months now. It's not easy, but it's worth it and I feel so much better about myself for it. I've always been skinny though. So, building muscle doesn't come fast for me, since I have never had much fat to convert into muscle quickly.

"I need the motivation, I have some fat I can convert into muscle. I had a test about a year ago, when it said I had like 66 percent muscle, and 33 percent fat. Which, technically, isn't fantastic.
Yeah dude, the motivation is the toughest part. It's one thing to go to the gym, or take a run, but to keep at it is the hard part. Just think of the results, and think of how you can always improve.
"Yeah, I know I have to do it for tennis, which is coming up in the spring. Its actually the part getting up early in the morning to start, not actually keeping up with it.Yeah dude, the motivation is the toughest part. "I'm a bit of a weight lifter and the Airforce has me running several times a week....but I still feel like ass.As a mere function of height and weight, BMI seems wildly vague and inaccurate. Does it not even take into account that muscle and fat add different amounts of weight by volume?
My BMI says I'm overweight...yet I am quite skinny.

"smis said:I believe that it's probably very inaccurate. I'm sure every football player is considered overweight even though they may be put muscle. Thoman Jones is like 5'9" and about 220lbs last time I checked and he may even be considered obese...who knows. I really base health and weight on how the individual feels. If you feel fit and healthy then I think everything is fine."I'm a bit of a weight lifter and the Airforce has me running several times a week....but I still feel like ass.As a mere function of height and weight, BMI seems wildly vague and inaccurate.
