" @Fish_Face_McGee: Good one. "Yeah, the Zune HD is pretty damn nice, and Zune Pass is sweet too.
I don't have any portable music devices, but I want a Zune.
A few of my friends had them and they were sweet.
I use my PSP Go since my girlfriend washed my ipod Nano.
I have a Zune and an iPod...I'm Microsoft fan with almost everything else, but the iPod rules in my mind.
I think the ipod music player is great, but ipod touch/phone and ipad are petty worthless. Like 90% of the apps are terrible, and touch screens have got to be the most overrated things to come along in a long time.
I think you just convince me to buy a Zune HD then a Ipod. thank you!!!" @Donkey said:

I'm an Android.
I loved my iriver Clix 2 until I broke it. I'm currently using my Samsung Galaxy Spica to listen podcasts and music (just have to get bigger sd-card... 1Gb is not enough!).
I've owned two Zunes (first gen) and used Zune Pass for a while. Best deal in music and a great player.
I sold them for rent money cuz I was broke though. I use some $9 SandDisk mp3 player with a whopping 512MB of storage nowadays. It's all I really need.
This question is worded as if I like Apple. Which i dont. but i do have an ipod touch that i use mainly for Slacker Radio and internet browsing while im waiting for my classes to start. :D
" I'm a PC. "I'm a PC that loves my iPod.
I have tried many other mp3 players and I always come back to my iPod
I got a Touch, but only as a cheap alternative to an iPhone (initially) for testing apps on. Got an iPad for the same thing. I haven't actually used them for that purpose yet, but have ended up using them both a lot more than I thought I would.
Zune 80 man here. It's served me well, but both that I've had (includes warranty replacement) have lost their 'hold' toggle due to the shitty plastic. I'm considering buying the 64HD 'cause it's hawt. Also, I'm trying to find a cheap touch to fuck around with the SDK and maybe make an app or something.
I'm a PC. But I still use an iPod and iTunes.
Walkman - the recent ones are far better than any ipod ive seen.
I use a Sony Walkman E something. I can't see myself ever buying an iPod simply because I would have to rerip all 340 of the CDs I ripped before 2001. There are conversion programs available but I am not going to convert a lossy format to another lossy format. I actually usually only use it for exercise and mowing because if I'm in the car I use an actual CD and if I'm in the house I use regular CDs as well (2 Sony 300 disc changers connected in series circa 1999.)
iPod/iPhone is the only Apple product that I can touch without getting the urge to eat my own shoes.
My contract with ATT is up on the 31st and thanks to corporate, I'm stuck with them. So it's either the iPhone 4 or the Samsung Galaxy S (Captivate)... I'm thinking I better start liking iPhone, so that I can make a purely unbiased decision on that date.
" Zune. "yay, same here

" Zune HD. Better as a pure music player, which is all I want it to be. I also prefer the Zune Software, and Zune-Pass is outstanding. "No fair. I only have the old 2nd generation Zune 80. :(
Classic all the way. Its a beast.
I suspect that I will get a touch when they announce a new model which should be sometime later this year.
