I apologize if this is an insanely stupid question but I don't even know how search the answer on google, so I thought I'd ask here. I should preface this by saying I have little to no musical training, so the simpler the answer, the better. Thanks in the advance.

I just bought a synthesizer and am working with the arpeggiator. I got a nice groove growing which the arpeggiator states is at a resolution of 3/64. What is the BPM of that so I can record a proper loop of it?

Thanks Again!

I don't regularly use synths, but the 3/64 is the the time signature I'm assuming. It's playing 3 64th notes in each bar one time on each beat.

The BPM only dictates how fast something is played. So it depends on what beat or other instruments you're trying to match it to.

If you want it repeated, there should be a looper or repeater function on your synth.

ok, cool. I'll try to search a loop function on the synth. I am not too proficient in it. I was ultimately trying to record a loop in ableton.
