He isn't tiny he gets a bit bigger than 4kg which is medium size.

Despite my love for dogs, I have never been great at naming them. I don't think I would ever name a dog after a god or video game character, but that's your decision. I don't know if there is a god of cuteness, but if so then that is what you should name it.
