Yes! God Yes. Let's see...

A bit of early Dir En Grey albums, Vulgar, GAuze and Macarbe. The later things are more Metal oriented like Marrow of A bone. Uroboros is more oriental, but still very metal.
Raison D'etre: from their more flamboyant era...

Aural Vampire, the singer's voice is very nice and the duo work great. Maybe not 100% industrial, but maybe you'll like it.

Blood Stain Child, Industrial Metal, but if you get over the vocalist's voice then it's pretty good. Wikipedia says it's trance metal.

Phantasmagoria.
Maybe Suicide Ali.

That's all I could think of right now. But, you'll probably like almost all of Dir En Grey's stuff.

I recommend Dir en grey's Vulgar too if you wanna something catchy and metal-ish. Quality of their songs is just a little uneven. Buck-Tick might also be worth looking at since they're pretty much pioneers of the genre. Just prepare for a massive discography to browse trough.

Buck-Tick isn't anywhere near industrial...

What? They absolutely are. I'm not too much into genre whoring but if heavy use of electronic sounds in rock music doesn't make you industrial (which itself is a very broad concept) then what does? Especially when looking within Japan's pool they are considered one of the few big representatives of the style.

I don't really consider them industrial. More like Rock and that's it. They haven't changed much over the years.

Does the noise of KK Null or Merzbow count as industrial? I wouldn't recommend them normally, though, unless you're into experimental noise.
