Jeroen Tel is great, but he's oldschool. Stellan "Dane" Andersson's stuff is great on C64, and Jake "Virt" Kaufman is a genius who does a lot of gameboy tunes. I would say that for anyone who enjoys abrasive squarewaves, the High Voltage SID Collection is required listening. (Well, at least some of it. There are 37,000 tunes...)
