Brad's desktop lights

Hey everybody!

I was wondering if anybody paid better attention than i did. When Brad did his 24 marathon, he showed off his desktop and he had some little lights that were disk shaped. I am looking for some ambient lighting for my desktop and was wondering if anybody knew what they were? Also if anybody has any ideas for lighting up a desk without a bright light or something distracting I would be much appreciated!
