Browser question

Lately I have been having a problem with Chrome not really refreshing websites. Like right now I know I love monday's has been posted but my main webpage of giantbomb still has the quick look for Top Hand Rodeo Tour in the main spot.

This is not the first time this has happened with Chrome, so I would like to know if anyone knows why this would be happening and how I can avoid it in the future?

Yeah, same here. Also, my text is all bold when I type until I actually make a post. I'm on chrome as well.

I used to always use Chrome, but after problems like the ones you have, and some others, I switched to Firefox.

I also have had similar Chrome troubles, just switch to Firefox.

I have no idea why it's happening to you, I do not use Chrome. However, I don't have any problem browsing with Firefox at all. try to switch for a while and maybe comeback to Chrome once a new update roll out.

@meteor_vii: Isn't that a choice from the website side? Reef Shot is in the top spot with me but I love mondays is in the list of latest stories.

I've had similar issues too with Chrome. But the biggest one remains the broken incognito window. How am i supposed to go to "weird websites" now?

Weird - I've used chrome for years and only had that problem years ago for like... A day.

The standard response is "clear your browser cache", and failing that, reinstall.

For reference, I use the beta stream of chrome rather than the standard. As for "just switch to firefox" answers, as a person who uses both, I can't see how anyone just uses one, and moreso how anyone can leave chrome considering its feature advantages...

If you use Ctrl+F5 you should reload the website completely from the server.

This. If you're having problems of new content not loading that would be because Chrome is loading the page from cache, in which case you could always set your browser to not save cache.

Q-ing F more T. This is the first thing you should try with any browser when a page is messed up.
