Thing is I noticed that Bounty smells when wet. (at least sometimes. Which should be odd that some rolls don't have it, but I guess I didn't notice, because I got over it and simply assumed the smell is always there.)
But this time is different, they are newly opened and I didn't even make them wet, and the smell is totally different. It smells more like they are rotting. I had attributed the smell-when-wet smell to more of a manufacturing smell.

apparently others have noticed and its years old phenomenon. Thing is, it seems like some are talking about the towels smelling in general, while others only notice the smell when it's wet. So it's not clear which smell is being discussed.
I must stick to Bounty though, I think other brands are shit. They tear easily, or worse, shed lint like there's no tomorrow. Funnily enough, the smell-when-wet smell was alarming to me at first but I got over it because Bounty is superior. But this new yogurt smell is a problem. How can I let any of things touch something that smells like rot.I'm certainly curious about Bounty's manufacturing process now. =0
