Can I do 1 minute of 3d animation in 2 days?

I do know the basics of MODELING in Maya, and dabbled in animation, now here's the kicker, for my class I want to tell a short funny story as our semi-final project.

• Improve animation skills ( IK handle... what?)
• Model a stylized person ( Should take me 3 - 4 hours)
• Begin to rig and animate the character (the tough part)
• Put a couple of minimalist textures
• Render
• Maybe put some cute music and BURN.

The way I work, 1h of work produces - I guess, this is an average number as complex animation takes waaay more time than, say, a panning or repeated animation - five to fifteen seconds of quality animation, more if its sloppy. I don't work on it often or many hours at a stretch, and 1 Minute of Animation usually takes me a week. But if you're willing to work on this 3-5 hours each day, 1 min / 2 days should be possible.

I am definitely going to give it a shot, because interpretive dancing is not my idea of a good time. But thanks, your comment gives me SOME relief.

Edit: I'll pay you? Just kidding, I wish I wouldn't have procrastinated so horribly. I gotta learn my lesson.
