Can someone PLS tell me what bug this is!!

Its NOT a Roach, as it only has 4 legs and No antenna, its got wings for sure, and weird markings, and a funny shaped bum. its hard like a beetle but i dont think its a beetle, someone said Lotcus, but i dont think so either. anyone know!! Other info Its Large, almost the size of a Lighter, and fat! I Live in Canada ab
