Chocolate sauce problems.

Whats the difference between melted chocolate and chocolate sauce?

Chocolate sauce is made with corn syrup or some other type of high fructose syrup which is liquid at room temperature. Melted chocolate is just...melted chocolate. Hard at room temperature but melted at higher temps.

Melted choclate is melted chocolate and cholcolate souce is a syrup.
