Not sure how I feel about Marino just hijacking OP, even if it wasn't a good post. Was the original post against TOS? That might make me feel better.

Obviously not a big deal, just weird.

It was more or less against TOS. He posted a really lame image (you can find it on OP's profile, he hasn't put many images on the site) he threw together that referenced the story, and then he had a line or two that was like "Hey guys, I thought that story was real funny, [here's this shitty picture I clearly made in about 15 seconds]". Marino hijacking the thread was a net positive, though he probably also could've locked it and told FluxWaveZ to start a new topic with the video.

The thread was already 2 pages long and was completely about the video by that point. Yeah, editing the original post was weird, but I wanted to promo the video on the front page and discarding the discussion that was already going on didn't seem like the best route either. I also didn't want people to click the promo and be greeted by a rather dumb image and maybe not notice the video a few posts below.
