Glad to be apart of giant bomb. Have a good Christmas and good New year.Be safe .
It's one day less in Germany. We already celebrate on dec 24th. In the Germany the "Christkind" brings the presents for the children. This tradition is kind of mixed up with the Santa tale by now however, so that we still celebrate on dec 24th but exchanged the tale of the "Christkind" with the one of Santa, which then again makes not really sense since German children get their presents in the afternoon. The mix-up between "Christkind" and Santa is closely related to the new media I guess, as German children watch dubbed American tv shows or movies... (further info on Christkind http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Christkind)
In Germany we also have christmas markets in every larger city which provide you with a month full of anticipation for the big day. You can buy "hot wine punch" (Glühwein), bratwurst, cadles, christmas decoration etc. at these places.
Well, I guess there are other countries that celebrate in a different fashion so I guess you can already send out your holyday wishes, so: HAPPY HOLIDAYS EVERYONE!
