Christmas Music

I'm starting to tinker with my Christmas music playlist and thinking about what new tracks I could add this year. Traditional, novelty, funny, instrumental, timeless classics, or obscure underground gems. Music of this season knows no bounds when it comes to genre. What are some of you duders' favorite seasonal songs, albums, or movie soundtracks?

Some of my favorite sources to cull from include the Home Alone movies (for John William's score and the licensed songs), A Christmas Gift to You from Phil Spector, A Charlie Brown Christmas, and National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation.

Well, for some weird reason I ended up listening to a lot of Nick Cave during Christmas several years ago.

I'd like to make a point that mariah carey + the roots + Jimmy Fallon was an awesome version of "All I want for Christmas."

Aside from going all-out on the old time classics like Bing Cosby, Die Hard made me really appreciate this one;

Wham's Last Christmas is actually the only Christmas song ever made. Also lol @ anyone who doesn't think George Michael is the greatest artist of all time.

I just heard this recently on my local 90's deep cuts rap station. I was shocked I had never heard of this.
