Just a quick post to see if anyone else shares my issue. Whenever I access a device (either a PC or iPad) with chrome that I haven't touched in a while, it will sync the bookmarks it has to my account before then refreshing the bookmarks I keep from my every day PC. Which leads to duplicates on every device from having moved entries to different folders but the old position being put back during sync, or bookmarks I deleted a while ago.
What am I doing wrong? What the hell is going on?
