Cinco de mayo

Hello people. Yes yes today is not the fifth but currently I am at a cinco de mayo parade thingy. It just kinda of a bunch of stands. A band. Soccer game. But first the stands are nothing but food stands. Just tacks. A few overpriced toys stand. The band is good. It's just a random Mexican one. The soccer game was disappointing. It was a street game but with a ref... And nobody were doing tricks. I was expecting to see a nutmeg. I'm just trying to say I was disappointed . It was nothing like last time. What are you people doing for cinco de mayo? Did any of you guys go to a parade thingy?

I love Miracle Whip as much as the next guy, but I was not aware that the condiment had an entire day devoted to it. Crazy.

Man, I feel bad for having to look up what Cinco de Mayo is.

May 5th has always been The Second Star Wars day for me.

I didn't do anything.

Cinco de Mayo also happens to be my birthday. Having a birthday on a drinking holiday tends to make things interesting.

As the local mexicano here .. I can atest to this and we do not celebrate it at all , we just remember the day but it ain´t no holiyday, and for those who do not know what the fuss is about is the day when Mexico repelled off and invasion from France at the state of Puebla in 1862.

o so it's pretty much an american holiday.

i did nothing. i worked 7 hours, i usually don't do. i never celebrated it.

I covered my dog in mayonnaise.

I had a margarita and ate nachos. Then watched The Avengers. Pretty good fifth of may.

More like Drinko De Mayo. =-P

It was a holiday? Hmm...unfortunately, IT companies don't seem to care since we didn't a holiday.
