I was really into this show for a stretch. It's nice they're making more of it.

I never really got into the show.  Just thought it was a wanna be anime, like Avatar.

Code Lyoko is a lot of things, but it is most definitely not "the greatest animated series ever."

I think this would be better in Anime Vice, you might get more of a positive opinion over there. I dont know much about anime but i would say "Ghost in the Shell" was one of the best anime(s) evar!

As a weeaboo loser kid, I never really liked this show though I know people that did.

No it is not, Code Lyoko has done absolutely nothing to push the medium of animation forward. It's filler, and it was never going to be anything more than that. Plus I associate it with Miguzi which is pretty much the cartoon equivalent of the anti-christ.

Not as good as Totally Spies as far as French Anime go.

No it is not, Code Lyoko has done absolutely nothing to push the medium of animation forward. It's filler, and it was never going to be anything more than that. Plus I associate it with Miguzi which is pretty much the cartoon equivalent of the anti-christ.

One piece is fucking awesome. And it finally hit episode 500.

I though the core concept of this show was pretty cool.... But now thinking about it, the show doesn't make any damn sense.

It ran for four seasons, had 3 movies announced, is going to air for a fifth season, has various other works related to it (i.e. animation books), and has dozens of online forums dedicated to discussing it. And you didn't think anyone liked it?

Funimation just finished the Skypiea arc. Ive watched up (English sub) To when they get to that island where the gravity is all messed up.

My favorite story arc for One Piece is the CP9 (Water 7/Eneis Lobby) arc.  It focuses on Robin Nico.  It runs from episode 227 to around 320 something, so yeah it's a long arc but well worth the effort.   I recently finished the White Beard Pirates arc and it was good, too although I think a bit too long, especially the second half.  I think after the current arc, the two-year break is going to happen.  I don't know anymore than that.  I liked Code Lyoco some, but I never really got into it.  I could never really figure out what was going on and why everyone was doing whatever they were doing.  I'm ashamed to say this but I think I got a bigger kick out of Winx Club even though that one was completely bizarre.  It reminded me of Sailor Moon or Jem and the Holograms. 

I always saw that show as a Matrix rip-off. But I haven't seen it in years so what do I know.

Oh man, I loved Code Lyoko. I'll have to look out for that.

They still make these? That's pretty awesome, I used to enjoy the first series or so.

Code Lyoko is an utter piece of garbage.

Nami first investigates the Forbidden Island at 155, half the crew are separated and wind up there in 157 and the others follow in 159.   The arc runs to 195.

I wanted to watch Code Lyoko but the opening song turned me off faster than an attractive woman with armpit hair.
