Creating forum pretend characters for stimulus?

For this website that I am building (not gaming related)I was wandering how to stimulate the forums.. I was thinking is it possible to create forum posts generated by a computer program. Since I have built the forum from scratch using SQL and PHP my admin, and use PHP and SQL to display it dynamically on my forum pages, I was thinking:
 
I could create a program in PHP that randomly triggers responses to threads, there was posts in this forum that gave me the idea, such as: 
 

• cool story bro, i'm off to play more pokemon 
• *Random Pic
• Thats really intersting but have you considered *random comment*

What did I just read?

Consider: 

1. Getting a shitload of raw text forum posts.
2. Filter out the usernames/dates.
3. Put it into the Travesty Generator.
4. Take the output, put it into a travesty.txt file.
5.  Create program that extracts random paragraphs from travesty.txt, posts to random threads.
6.  Let sit for 3 days, checking occasionally.
7.  Enjoy >1000 new posts!

Stimulus? Are you suggesting that Obama should stimulate the economy by creating fake usernames on the Internet? Or do you somehow have some freaky sex with fake personae you create for yourself? So....confusing...
 

you wouldn't need that if your website is appealing to a wide audience
