Damn gamespot has harsh punishment on it's forums...

I totally just got a 2 week suspension.
Some guy asked what the Halo 3 teaser meant, and everyone was just saying "search it, there's been a thousand topics on this" which is fine, and true, although it takes a second to say what it means.

Anyway I answered him with this:
"a) it's an expansion pack for Halo 3 (confirmed on marketplace)
b) the teaser takes place after the covenenant ship warps, creating an EMP (knocking out the super indendent (camera AI)), and the UNSC drop pods go flying everywhere.
c) that's all we know... if you want more info search it
d) everyone here is a dick. Don't ask questions that could have been answered already within the last ten years."

The "everyone here is a dick" line is my summary of the gamespot community, everyone is a harsh bastard.
And bam! a 2 week suspension.

Was this fair? Or is it just me... I've had 2 small suspensions before but nothing too bad.
EDIT: I think this would have been fair if I had directly called someone who answered in that specific topic a dick. But no, it was aimed at the majority of gamespotters.

I got banned for posting a porno video :( lol but i got suspended many times for stupid things :(

Not to be a dick or anything... but your not the only one who's had this happen to them. Probably a quarter of Giantbomb is people who have been banned from Gamespot.
