Death Race

Just saw the trailer for Death Race and it doesn't look too bad. Reminds me of Twisted Metal. Not really a fan of Jason Statham but maybe I can look past that. It's a remake like most movies today so who knows. Anyone know anything about it?

I saw a trailer for it seeing wanted back in early July. To be honest, I thought it was a rendition of the Full Auto video game, and it reminded me of that. With that being said, I was not impressed, to say the least.

It's not a remake. Looks like a decent action movie I guess.

I'd say its a rental. I just wanna see people get f*cked up driving fast killing people. The plot is really predictable. Man gets a hot chick from prison and wins the race.

I may see it. My friend wants to see it a lot so I'll see what he says about it.

I don't know why they are using the name "Death Race." Because this is no Death Race 2000. DR 2000 was great because of it's low production, crappy acting, and political undertones. And we got to see senseless violence by running over pedestrians.

This movie looks like a crappy movie-game of Full Auto. I'm still probably going to see it though.

It looks alright, I'll rent it probably.

I thought the trailer tooked pretty bad but I like Jason Statham, I don't think I will see it.

I'll just go watch Kang blow up Rambo with a car instead.

I was looking forward to it as I am quite a big Jason Statham fan, but after watching the trailer i've been put off. First, I had no idea it was made by Paul W.S. Anderson, meaning it'll be pretty shit, second, I knew it was meant to be some grim futuristic looking thing but it's gone the way of the modern video game and is just a big load of grey and finally, the trailer just gave away every slight semblance of a plot. That being said, I'll probably still go and see it anyway.

No matter how crappy a film looks I always give it a chance if Jason Statham is in it"

It's definitely got that "so bad, it's hilariously awesome" feel to it. I am hoping well for it.

It looks pretty good. And I like Statham.
