Diziness?

Hey guys,

Has anyone ever experienced sudden dizziness which last all day? Like for instance, today I was in the car, and suddenly, out of know where I got light headed and my vision went wobbly. I went home, drank a lot of water and took a 2 hour nap. Its about 7 hours later and when I stand up, things seem to like... move a bit. It feels a bit sureal. Like, I can't concentrate well. I'm going to the docotor this week, but I hope it doesn't last until tommorow. I have been training in jujitsu pretty hard the last 3 days. Not sure though, just want some peice of mind. Has anyone experienced it?

It's not like dizzy, like spinning, more like... this weird sensation where I don't focus well, and things around me seem to kind of sway. Makes me feel "out of it". But when I lay down, I feel a bit better. Like I said, I drank water, but I've been dehydrated before in the Army. I'm not nausuous, I just feel really weird when walking around.

I feel like that all the time. great, isn't it!

Only if I have a cold so that my equilibrium is off.

I have never had that kind of feeling for such a long duration. I have similar moments that last for very short periods of time, but nothing like what you described. I would recommend seeing a doctor about it.

Have you been experiencing an abnormal amount of stress lately? Although I am not a doctor, you should see one as soon as possible. I hope all is well with you Jax.

Sounds like a concussion, i suggest a trip to your local hospital.

The only time I've had feelings like that is when I've stood up too fast, but that only lasts for a second or two. Get to the doctor!

May I sugest that you go and see your local Docter within the next day or so

Happens to me every now and then, but never that long. Just ease off the computer for a day.

I havent had this for any real period of time without actually being ill with a virus or something like that.

yeah.....i would go to the doctor before you black out.....and SHATTER a toilet into 15 pieces.......like i did........

I felt like that two nights ago. My mind was out of focus, and I felt dizzy. It went away the next morning though. I would say maybe go to the ER, but if you don't want to just go to sleep and see how you feel in the morning.

I get headrush almost every time I stand up, but I've never had dizziness to that extent.

It does seem serious, I'd recommend immediate doctor's appointment. Oh and make sure you blog all of this after its over.
