Do we have a concept for "day planning" games

you plan your characters time, what he/she does that day but you dont actually do it your self, you just plan.

So is there already a concept for this? I tried looking somewhat but i have no idea how it could be called.
Since i have over 5000 points my concept request dont go through moderation and thus wouldn't be checked if it already exist, so i rather ask you guys.

I think the genre you're looking for is "Raising Sim". The Princess Maker series are also raising sims.
