I myself bike full on for 30 minutes a day. Usually I go for a run as well and a little bit of upper body work. What about you guys? I realize that people who play video games alot have a stereotype for being overweight and lazy, but we all know that's not really true.
Do you, and how much, do you excercise?
I do 20 minutes on the eliptical, and then lift weights on monday, wednesday, and friday. Then I run 4-5 miles on tuesday, and thursday. At least that's what I try to do, I usually end up skipping at least one day a week cuz I'm lazy.
When this year started I weiged 240, and right now I weigh about 205 so I'm pretty happy with myself. 205 for me is pretty skinny, I'm 6'6 and a pretty big dude. My goal is to get under 200, and hopefully to about 190. Although now that I've started lifting weights, that might not happen.
I smoke weed every day and have never been in a gym in my life. I also play copious amounts of World of Warcraft, Starcraft 2, Civ V, have 30k achieve points on Xbox 360, and rock the occasional PS3 game.
That said I can bench a measly 80 pounds and run a sub 6 mile, so I'm not stopping the video games and and pot regiment any time soon :P
Run for an hour any day I have 5:30-6:30 pm available. On the other days, I'll take an hour walk whenever I get a chance. Usually at night. In the mornings I'll do about twenty minutes worth of sit-ups and push-ups. It definitely wakes me up.
I stopped martial arts for a month (krav maga), i'm going to take MMA next week. Averagely I usually take martial arts like 4X a week, so that's like one and a half hours, which is like six hours a week. I do everything from a bunch of body weight exercises, striking at pads, sparring and disarming weapons. Now the only exercise I get is alot less, however i'm going back to martial arts because now i'm taking a mental vacation from it, i'm totally burnt out.
" Now that school started up again, I only hit the gym about 3 times a day. Cardio on a bike machine for an hour/hour and a half. I do some weight lifting and crunches everyday though. I try to anyway. Sometimes these damn essays/projects need to get done. "Do you mean 3 times a week? If not then holy crap 3 times a day! How do you get anything done?

I lift weights 5 days a week for 1.5hrs. I go for a half hour swim every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I walk my dog for two (three on weekends) 45 minute walks daily. I occasionally go for a run outside, but I usually get my cardio from swimming and the 10 min sprint before I lift at the gym.
As of today, I weigh 195lbs and can bench press 405lbs. I've won a few bench press competitions. Even after 10 years, I'm still the record holder for bodyweight vs benchpress (weighed 185 and benched 425) in the RCMP. I've also recently become a fitness coordinator for my police force.
All that said, I'm still a super-geek. I never watch any sports, spend my entire weekends playing games, have a massive Dungeons and Dragons collection and I've taken weeks off work just to play recently released games. I took like 2 weeks vacation leave last year when Dragon Age was released. I did it again this year when the expansion was released (the Dawn of War II expansion was released around the same time as was Splinter Cell: Conviction - it was a good vacation for me).
I work out in my room occasionally, do some pushups and use the pull up bar!
However am still skinny as hell ¬_¬
I go to the gym every Tuesday and Thursday, I usually lift, do crunches, etc. for 45 min, then I get on the bike or elliptical depending on my knee for 30 min. I want to go more often but it's getting harder and harder to find the time.
Run 5 miles a day, but recently I've been having to use an elliptical machine due to Runner's Knee. Hopefully that heals soon.
I walk/run 5 miles every day, plus 200 abs to help tone the belly.
I used to weight 247lbs, but now I'm at 178lbs. So I have a lot of "skin" hanging. But its being reduced little by little.
I still need to go to the gym, but I have an injury in my arm, so I would only be doing aerobycs which is kind of a meh for a gym.
" I don't right now, but next week I'm going to start hitting the gym. "Next week: Procrastination time :P
I rarely dedicate specific time to exercise, but I always walk over driving when I can and run up the stairs (I live on the top floor of my building) instead of taking the elevator. I also have a pretty active job that requires heavy lifting and that sort of thing, so I'm kind of fit. Cracked.com just had an article that mentioned how moderate house work (cleaning, vacuuming etc.) is actually pretty beneficial. I guess I do a lot of that. I should exercise more, though! I'm lazy.
