I run 5-6 miles about 4 times a week.
Do you exercise on a regular basis?
I usually walk around when I'm hanging out with my friends every night but besides that I don't exercise at all. I can eat and eat and I won't gain weight but it's going to catch up someday.
Nope. The only exercise I get is at work (I walk and sometimes run for 3hrs, and also lift heavy things). And when I bowl.
I used to do minor exercises every weekday night before I went to bed(it helps me sleep SO much better). I have slacked off significantly this summer(I've not too out of shape, though), so I am going to get back into my regular regiment next week.

I have a gym membership and try to go at least three times a week, also run and lift outside the gym when I get the urge. On top of that stuff my friends and I tend to walk just about everywhere we want to go...which usually includes bars where we drink lots of high calorie drinks...which probably does a somewhat effective job of destroying all that working out.
I have a pair of weights just across from my chair always taunting my lack of fitness, sometimes i just stare at them thinking about exercising but then I end up going on to Giantbomb instead
I'm exercising right now. Sit ups, push ups, a little running, biceps then finish off with shoulders. It's not a long workout session, maybe 2 hours max. But it's a nightly routine. I do have a morning/afternoon routine (depending on whether I feel like waking up in the morning or not) that is a bit more intensive and targets more muscles, but I don't really start that until school starts again.
Yup. I regularly lift the fork from my plate to my mouth, then back again. Some times over a hundred times a day! And if I'm feeling very motivated i lift a can of pop or two as well.
I lift weights every other day and occassionally go on bike rides. Oh, and marching band, of course.
I exercise pretty much every day .
I do aerobic exercises on Saturday , Monday , Wednesday, Friday and Bodybuilding on Sunday , Tuesday, Thursday .

on weekdays I run a couple of miles before taking a bath to go to college, and then just play football (soccer) on evenings. :) weekends are my free days where I usually sit back and relax playing videogames or going out with friends to parties.
When I want to go grab something from the super market for tea or go to block buster I generally walk there unless its raining or I was running late from work and need to do it quickly. Sometimes though not enough I just go for a walk and listen to music or the bombcast on my iPhone, nothing really upbeat, just a casual stroll. Other then that the only real exercise I do is when I play with the dog. My mum once bought me Wii Fit which to date I have used once for about 15 minutes.
