Do you find it difficult to differentiate between the feeling of being tired and laziness? In other words, when you feel tired or lazy, can you tell that it's because you're actually tired or just lazy?

I can usually tell when I'm being lazy becuase I procrastinate too much. I'll end up doing anything but the one thing I know I should be doing.

When I'm legitimately tired, I'm usually too tired to do anything.

Yes, I can differentiate between the two. Tired is a physical thing, right?

Between laziness and tiredness, yeah, I can differentiade.

BUT! You know what confuses the hell out of me? Sometimes my contact lenses make me think I'm sleepy, then I try to sleep to discover I'm not. Pretty weird.

One is a state of mind while the other is a physical state. It's pretty easy to differentiate. Maybe you're just lazy and tired at the same time?

Of course I can tell the difference between tired and lazy. Lazy is when I avoid work at all costs. Tired is when I try to get done with work as quickly as possible so that I can rest.

You've got to have worked to be tired, at least under normal circumstances.
