Do you have game? When doing nightlife, how well do you handle women? (A social poll primarily for single men)

Is the goal really to be able to go out five nights a week and get a girl each night? That sounds exhausting.

This seems kinda vague. You don't really have to find and get girls at certain places during the "nightlife". Most of the girls I meet are just at my college.

I don't even have to try picking up women when I'm out at any club downtown, often end up being the one getting hit on, when I'm not given sips and free drinks or offers of chop (just say no). Helps to be a unique character that looks approachable and positive, people going out are happy and upbeat, looking for happy and upbeat, not sad and beat up, they're not looking for someone who looks like everybody else either. Of course, I've inherited insane natural womanizing from my father who turned out to have gone through more adventures than anybody knew, after the divorce. Pheromones all up in the joint for us, with a smile that even speaks to straight men, and some amazing way of reading and understanding people through language and body language and maybe even scent. My nose will know when a lady in my block's enjoying those wonderful few days a month.

Also, just because you have game doesn't mean you are brining home girls 5 times a week.  Just being able to talk to women with ease in a social setting is a skill many people lack, even if there is not sexual aim

I'm not a pick-up artist by any means and I'm not great with just going up to strangers in bars or anything, but if I'm at a party where I know some people I find it pretty easy to slide into conversation with girls and get somewhere.  I'm sociable but definitely not fearless or inventive.

I'm kind of a don't-like-most-people sort of loner, and I've never really gone out that much, but when I do I have okay luck with the ladies. I attribute it mostly to me being a very "pretty" man. The whole twilight/true blood craze has helped my game immensely =P Too bad a lot of the women who are attracted to me are too annoying to put up with lol. There are worse "genres" of women though, so it's all good.

That's a cynical comment, not an intellectual one.  The people he's referring to aren't psychiatrists, they're researchers studying the human mind.  People are generally pretty cynical about the field because most people hate being told how and why they think they way they do.  They like to think they're autonomous from the world or something.   "

This poll definitely wasn't made by someone who would rate themselves high. Going out and picking up girls 5 nights a week is fucking sad. That becomes like a full time job.
 
I have lots of luck and skill with the ladies, so thats not really an issue for me, but I definitely don't go out 5 nights a week, because that would be pathetic.

Some of you have misunderstood. I don't mean going out five nights a week. i mean for every five times you go out to bars or clubs you find some company for an hour, the rest of the evening, or until the next day!

I used to have game. Mad game. I don't like clubs (I still definitely don't like them) but I was much, much better with women than I am now. I at least was talking to girls who I thought were pretty in my classes, keeping them entertained, getting numbers, teasing, etc.  
 
I can't do that anymore. I lost all my confidence when I "got off the game" after just sticking to pursue one girl (who didn't like me the same way, which crushed me). I'm on the mend. I've been on the mend for about a year now, with the exception of a misfire in the summer and a sorta-success (at least in a friendly way) also in the summer, I've had no luck with girls in the past year or so. (Besides strippers, they don't count though.)

I don't do the nightlife thing. I'm just not particularly interested in picking up a girl for a one night stand. That's not to say that I could, even if I wanted to. After all, I can talk to women just fine. I don't get bad nerves. I can carry a conversation with a girl as well as I can with anyone else. I'm just very bad at telling whether or not they are interested in me, so I just assume that they aren't.

 I joined the army six years ago, and I haven't had sex since well before I enlisted. Living here on a military base out in the middle of nowhere, can't even remember the last time I even went to a club.
 
In fact, I've only left for an extended period of time once... to go to Afghanistan. I routinely spend several days, if not weeks, at a time without actually seeing or talking to women. I don't even KNOW what game is, let alone HAVE it

Just being there is half the battle. The other half is a mix of looking good and offering to buy drinks and making loud comments about mundane things until she wants to dance. People who have a hard time think too much. If they're at a straight club, they want to have sex. Everyone in the club is there for that reason.

D.. i have my moments and i know how to talk to girls, but when we go to the area where they demand that i have 'game' and play 'cool' / play 'tricks' , i tell them thank you, it's been nice getting to know you for 10 minutes, but i dont play those pathetic pre-mating games ..  
also i dont hide the down-to-earth nerd in me, and it always turns down girls. they want you to be a smug thug-life motherfucker.. disgusting !
