I've been asked to find a gas station in NYC with no line. Apparently that's hard to find right now. Anyone know of a place?

No one drives in New York, there's too much traffic.

You're joking, right? People are looking for gas for generators to manage the continued recovery effort following Hurricane Sandy.

@Aegon: Unfortunately, I am unaware of any place with no lines in New York City or New Jersey. For at least a few more days, there will continue to be lines. Can the person asking for the gas station not wait in line? There's not really an alternative at the moment.

Hopefully you can find some place with a short line soon!

@TruthTellah: Its a futurama quote.

All the gas stations in my area have had huge lines today. It's going to be like this for at least a few more days.

@Dagbiker: heh. I see. Though, this does seem like a serious topic...

Well, it's GB; so, I suppose nothing's really too "serious". *shrug* Carry on.

20 years from now, this is how it will look at every gas station. We're running out of petrol and if that won't happen first then fracking and all the other shit will have killed what used to be nature.

You'd have better luck finding a unicorn than finding a gas station without a 3 hour long wait.

@SinKing: heh. How is that in any way helpful to him?

Not every mention of gas needs someone to come in and yell about the oncoming petrol apocalypse.

come to Hong Kong then try and find a gas station at all!

Not sure where people get gas from! Probably use left over oil from cooking, then have enough of it!

Yeah, after looking into it further, I just suggested the idea that waiting in line might be the only option.

 NJ turnpike.  That won't last for long.

@Aegon: Yeah, it's a rough situation. Once people find any place with less people, it gets filled up. Hopefully your friend won't see -too- long of lines when they go out.
