No one drives in New York, there's too much traffic.
You're joking, right? People are looking for gas for generators to manage the continued recovery effort following Hurricane Sandy.
@Aegon: Unfortunately, I am unaware of any place with no lines in New York City or New Jersey. For at least a few more days, there will continue to be lines. Can the person asking for the gas station not wait in line? There's not really an alternative at the moment.
Hopefully you can find some place with a short line soon!
@Dagbiker: heh. I see. Though, this does seem like a serious topic...
Well, it's GB; so, I suppose nothing's really too "serious". *shrug* Carry on.
Uh, does anyone know where I can get some...

@SinKing: heh. How is that in any way helpful to him?
Not every mention of gas needs someone to come in and yell about the oncoming petrol apocalypse.

Yeah, after looking into it further, I just suggested the idea that waiting in line might be the only option.
NJ turnpike. That won't last for long.
@Aegon: Yeah, it's a rough situation. Once people find any place with less people, it gets filled up. Hopefully your friend won't see -too- long of lines when they go out.
