No, I first moved out the summer before my Junior year of College and never went back.

#3 Posted by Halberdierv2 (1865 posts) -

Do you guys still live by your parents, or have you moved on? fortunately, since my uni is walking distance, i still live at home.

Moved out for good about 2 months ago, I'm a sophomore in college, living in an apartment with a couple friends now.

#6 Posted by SkinnyBlue (320 posts) -

I'm still in high school, so yes.
#7 Posted by EVHKwick (452 posts) -

No.

#8 Posted by csl316 (7977 posts) -

Yep, but not for long since school is paid off.  An MBA without taking a loan was expensive, and I luckily got to stick around.

Once I'm done with my study, I plan to move out. That shouldn't take too long.

Yes I live at home with parents, although I do have a huge room with my own bathroom and my own front door out

I'm 17 by the way

#12 Posted by Ravenousrattler (1417 posts) -

yup, hopefully i'll get a job soon, so i can get the fuck out

#13 Posted by RE_Player1 (7545 posts) -

Yes. My school is a 10 minute drive from their house so it would be a waste of money to live on campus. If I change schools I might have to move out but for now it looks like when I'm done school I'll move out of the house.

Yes, I live very close to my campus as well, so it would be financially dumb to move out. Even though, it would make some aspects of life so much more fun...

You gotta pay to play, right?

Technically, yes, but it's a castle. Where else would the Former King and Queen go?

#19 Posted by natetodamax (19167 posts) -

#20 Posted by jorojoserojas (258 posts) -

No, but I don't really live far from them either.

#21 Posted by Mrskidders (1330 posts) -

No parents anymore.  Moved out 9 years ago for Uni and have always had my own places since.

#22 Posted by Bigrhyno (505 posts) -

Why? Because he's black it should have been an over the top, hysterical, exaggerated reaction?

Right now I do. I was unemployed for a year there and was doing ok, but recently I had to move in with them because my roommate was losing his house. Although right now I have a job and am planning on moving out once I've accumulated enough funds.

#32 Posted by DrPockets000 (2859 posts) -

I've got a house, but my parents' door will always be open if I want to spend a few nights.

#33 Posted by Sargus (720 posts) -

No. I love my parents, and wouldn't have much of a problem living with/near them, but I own my own house.

#34 Posted by Management (596 posts) -

#36 Posted by SubwayD (471 posts) -

Nope. Left the childhood home a few years back and, due to all manner of disasters befalling my past residences, have been moving around quite a bit since 2006.
Currently sharing a house with my brother. A house which happens to be just around the corner from my parents place. Kind of a blessing and a curse.

#37 Posted by Claude (16254 posts) -

No, I own a house with my wife.

#38 Posted by No0b0rAmA (1490 posts) -
