Do you read every post when checking out a thread?

Not really i mean who has time for that

sometimes, i just read like the first page or half of first page. i just find it more useful to do that to get into the thread more.

If it's like 5 pages, no way, if it's like 1 or 2 then yes.

Eh, your poll seems to leave out the simple 'no' option.
 
I just read the first post a majority of the time, unless it's an interesting topic and I wish to see some other opinions.

I usually read them all. I don't get into threads unless their relatively small, or I'm interested. I don't mind reading that stuff.

If it's a small thread or a thread that really interests me I'll try to read most of them. If not, I'll basically just skim through.

Totally a case-by-case basis. If the thread's mega-long, but the conversation is involving, then I'll definitely take the time to wade through stuff. If not, I'll give myself the abridged version, usually only stopping to read posts by certain people. Or if I see a fight has broken out! Yay!

Short ones. Yeah.
 
Long ones, I skim through the first couple and if it isn't interesting I'll just leave or type something.

I usually read all the way through short ones or any interesting ones.  

I'll usually read through a page or two when I check a thread.

Well if it's good then I try to read all of it.
