Do you think alien poo is a different colour then hours?
I was just thinking about the chemical biology that goes into our bodies making poo, and got to think about what aliens would be like. They would have a completely different biological make up of their body then ours, let alone what they ingest for food. So it being a different colour is logical right? If they even need to poo at all. Maybe they evolved past the point of needing it and just have bodies that are perfect machines of digestion and efficiently turning food into fuel for their bodies.

People shit can be almost any color. Babies shit green, thus they are aliens? Also does it matter?
I meant colours outside of the range that are considered acceptable by humans. And yes this does matter. Xenopoopology is going to become the greatest science in the universe someday.
then hours.
Who can say how an alien body would work? Maybe they are some sort of gas based being, or they just don´t need to eat/drink at all, since they feed on... I don´t know.. love? In any case, I hope alien poop is like some really freaky color that nobody has ever seen. And that aliens somehow do everything backwards. And that they´re better at spelling than humans.

Why did you spell "ours" as "hours"? Proofread, son.
I did proofread mom. Just not well.
Aliens do not need to poo, and we can't see them or smell them only hear them... oh but right alien forms cannot exist in world X because we couldn't find any sing of primitive unicellular organisms and the conditions (oxigen and stuff only life forms on earth need!) of this planet do not allow the developement of any life forms , because if there were to be another life forms it would have to be like just like the ones we know right!? other life forms could exist but we wouldn't know because we don't know how other life forms other than ours can exist! / end rant.
Depends on their diet and the composition of their digestive tract. If the aliens contain a liver that is physiologically similar to ours that produces bile, and breaks down red blood cells (if the aliens are aerobic organisms) into bilirubin, than theoretically they could have a similar color feces to ours. Bile and bilirubin are the main compounds that make are poo brown.
Edit: but I would rather their poop be strawberry soft serve yogurt, with reeces' pieces and sprinkles. :D

How the bloody hell would I know?
So I'm not the only one who thought these exact words when I read the question.....
These grammar nazis are preventing this thread from answering a question that could save the human race when they come for us.
I'm gonna go with a very strong "no", because they almost definitely have different anatomy/physiology and diets. However, I'm fairly certain that they're shit stinks.

@AngelN7 You know there are reasons for the improbability of life being hugely different on other planets than our own.
It's improbable yes but not impossible , because we compare organic life to those we know but who's to say there isn't some form of life that is beyond our current comprehension of genetics? , just like physics theory works for us and helps us understand what we know of space and matter when it could be something different if we are presented with another point and logic to the way our universe works, an alien life form may not need eyes or ears or even eat to survive, again we are bounded by the knowledge of our current comprehension.
