I watched them playing volleyball the other day(it was on in the morning when I woke up), I thought it was boring, it was only guys:( when I watched it at least.  Maybe the next time I wake up, and they have it on, it'll be something interesting, but I doubt it.

Andy Murray just got knocked out of the tennis to a virtual unknown. I'm gutted.

EDIT: Do you think Michael Phelps will get all the 8 gold medals he wants. I have a feeling it'll be sods law he gets 7 gold and 1 silver. Obviously still a mega achievement though ;)

I watch it when I can, it's an outrage when 2 stations are broadcasting them. One has great coverage and the other refuses to broadcast anything but events in which Australian athletes are involved in. It's a shame because athletes from other countries deserve to be watched, most are really good.

Though the Aussie swimming team are kicking ass, taking names and are so far consistent with a few golds and bronze medals.

I watch it mainly primetime. Why can't they bring the interesting sports like boxing, men's weightlifting, fencing, or martial arts? Instead they bring like a hundred womens' swimming and gymnastics events (and beach volleyball). I mean, I can understand trying to attract viewers through sex appeal, but come on!

The Chinese should not even have won the Olympics in the first place.

They are a one party dictatorship with 10's of thousands of political prisoners, they execute 4-7 thousand people a year, and harvest their organs without real consent of the family or the individual,  they send anyone who speaks out about the regime to re-orientation camps,  the people have know real freedom's,  they supply arms to the Sudan, which are used to commit genocide in Darfur and  they persecute Christians, Muslims and all other religions. Not to mention the fact there government are communists!

SO NO, I DON'T WATCH!!

Yeah I watch them, but the timezone is awful for me. Swimming finals in the morning are a no-no.

Luckily enough, I got to see some fencing (foil) this afternoon and we won gold and bronze. Yay!

I think the Olympics are extremely boring now...there aren't any great stories or big reasons to watch. I don't care about Phelps or the that 41 yr old woman etc...there just isn't anything that makes me want to watch...or care.

From time to time, yes, but China's times differ to ours a lot, so it's hard to get good programming until really late.

yeah i used to have that, it puts them all on one screen and you just highlight and select the one you want to watch.

i am surprised the amount of people on here who pretty much say they have no interest in sports at all. you guys are stubborn, you're really missing out. if you saw the mens 4X100 mens relay swimming yesterday you would have been totally entertained, you have no idea how amazing that race was. theres all kinds of drama with the french talkin shit and america one by a last second speed burst and won by like 8 one hundredths of a second.

theres a 12 hour time differenc from us and china, so at night you watching it live, in the morning, they're playing stuff recorded in the middle of the night. theres three channels broadcasting the events, USA Network,  NBC, and MSNBC, and you can watch anything else not being broadcasted live or pre-recorded on NBCOLYMPICS.com . on the website i watched womens basketball destroy china worse than the men did. i watched a lot of judo and weightlifting online as well. i watched swimming and boxing and even some fencing on tv and caught some of the mens gymnastics.  you just complaining about shit for no reason, all of the things you've been mentioning have received lots of air time so far. u look dumb now
