Does anyone know of any PC centered communities or forums?

 I was just curious to know if anyone knows of any gaming communities like forums, websites, chat rooms etc. that is based around PC gaming? I was just looking for a place to go and openly talk about PC gaming and things related to PC gaming while not having to dig through posts that only consist of "LOLZ PC SUX!" "PC IS FOR PIRATES!" "YOUR STUPID! 360/PS3 4EVEA!" every time someone tries to discuss any news related to PC gaming. Nothing against Giant Bomb as it is better then most places when it comes to the lack of annoying fanboys, or people who just come on to trash talk what ever a topic is about.

Nvnews and bluesnews, those are the only 2 PC-focused communities I visit these days.  Futuremark forums are alright too.

While on the topic of specific console centered forums, can somebody tell me of a fairly active PSP-centric forum?
