Doesn't mean that stops people from getting their pr0n.  Where there's a connection, there's porn being downloaded.

Meh, that's rural areas. So these prices and limitations are understandable. They could probably hook up to the internet using Satellites with a different provider for cheaper. But not much.

@keyhunter: For now just one rural area, but the article hints that it's possible they may expand this price model elsewhere.  The ISP is also negotiating a nearly $9 billion deal with Verizon, which if allowed, will make it the largest rural ISP in the country.

@Arkasai: Whatever. People in Rural areas get what I know as a 1.5 million dollar house for 100 grand. In exchange they get gouged on internet prices.
