I am fine with Ads but they should be a bit more focused to the GB demographic. I'd prefer a subscription ad-free option with possible bonus content and features. Internet is not free and is not an entitlement.
I don't care about ads on Giant Bomb. That's just the way monetization works on the internet. I'm just confused about the content.
Who are the ad wizards that came up with this one? Seriously, who made the decision to throw away money by purchasing ad space for Oprah's most anticipated movie on a site whose main demographic is twenty-something males?
Maybe Giant Bomb's ad people thought they were running that ad. That's the only excuse I'm willing to accept. Otherwise Jeff has completely gone back on his word.
I really dislike Julia Roberts so I hope this movie is destroyed by The Expendables at the box office but the chances are slim. Also isnt this the movie were she offended a monk when they were filming it or something like messing up the temple.
