fathers day

its 1am in the midwest, so i guess that means its sunday. so i want to wish all the fathers a happy fathers day........what are you plans for the day?

my dad got a new cellphone, and we're going out for dinner tonite

my dad is getting a nose hair trimmer and a polo shirt! and maybe a bookmark if he's lucky, MAYBE.

I'm going to my uncle's for dinner with the family.

I hate father's day/mother's day/son's day (If there were one), I don't like being with the rest of the family for stuff like this.

My dad has to work on fathers day.  How crappy is that?

Fuck, thanks for reminding me, I have to buy something for my dad first time in the morning >_>

Anyway, congrats to all the GB fathers.

I got my dad training day, my mom got him a scale, and my sisters money. Where about to head to the lake with friends and family right now , and go skiing.

im not sure we celebrate that in israel

I wrote my Dad a fairly witty/funny poem in his card.

Unfortunately I had a 9 hour Mid Shift to work all day. So on Friday my dad and I are hitting the Imax theater and will end up watching Transformers 2.

Me and my dad went to see Star Trek.

Excellent film, Abrahms for me at least, is the best director in the world at the moment.

My dad died about 10 years ago, and my grandfather died two years ago... so I went to work, and played some WoW. Bummer, eh?

I tried to stay away from anything relating to Father's Day... My father died 2 years ago, still pretty hard for me. 

I did what I do best. I made a card for pop using google images. I gave him cash.

My brothers and I went with my dad to see Land of The Lost (he was a fan of the original series when he was younger). Since the theater was mostly empty, we rested our feet on the row in front of us, talked and laughed as loud as we wanted and had a great time in general. The movie was alright for the most part, had it's moments.

Then we went home and had a dinner consisting of amazing salmon, king crab, barbecue chicken and potatoes. A pretty good father's day, I suppose.

i went to new haven with my family. we saw these paintings, went on the green and saw weird people. there were these two guys with this silk type of clothing on with white paint and just their underwear. they walked really slow. we went to this Turkish restaurant.  i had some chicken and some pudding. i didn't get my dad anything for father's day.

i got em one of those expensive shirts with the crocodile on it

he was like "sweeeet"
