Too freaking hard to find the favorite album ever, maybe if selecting one artist & picking the best out of their work but after hearing so much music over the years, there's just too many good ones to pick from so to me picking one album over all the rest ever is just madness.

Broken Social Scene: You Forgot It In People
Eminem: The Marshall Mathers LP. That album has gotten me through more shit in my life than any other album. I feel like it should be given to people with anger management issues. It's downright therapeutic some days.
I saw Roger Waters perform The Wall last year. It was the greatest thing I've ever seen. And frankly, I don't even think it could be passed up by anything, ever.I hope this lives up to your comment because i'm going to see him in june....
i'm so excited xD
Favorite Band Album: System of a Down: Steal This Album
Favorite Single Artist Album: Vinnie Paz: Season of the Assassin
Sigh...this is a hard one...I am torn between City of Evil (Avenged Sevenfold) or One-X (Three Days Grace) as my current favorite album.
Go into the show with the highest expectations ever, and prepare to have them surpassed.
For once this community is not something that is totally embarrasing to be a part of. Got to say first off, if you said ayreon...yes.......if you said Dream Theater...yes.....If you said the wall.......have you not listened to wish you were here? Its much better on every level (IMO...which is being as impartial as possible) I'm surprised noone said

@redbliss: Whoa, never thought I'd see someone talking about ASIWYFA on here, are you from NI?
I am not from Northern Ireland (pretty sure that is what NI stands for). Just happened to hear about their first album, listened to it, and loved it. Everything else of their's is really good as well.
I wish I could marry your tastes because I love them so much.
But, none of those albums are my favorite. My #1 favorite is The Breeders' Pod or David Bowie's The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars.
I haven't posted in this thread, so I will now. I can think of two albums for this. They are very different but mean a lot to me. The first is Una Mattina by Ludovico Einaudi, not only is it a beautiful album, but I can play about 1/2 of the songs on it so it's very special to me. The second album is Beggars by Thrice. It's emotional, beautiful, raw perfection.
