Favorite Wrestlers

There have been so many wrestlers. AWA, NWA, WCCW, WCW, WWF, WWE, ECW, ROH, New Japan Pro Wrestling, JCW... The list of promotions goes on and on. So who has captured your imagination with their personality and in-ring performance?

I grew up watching WWF in the late, late 90s. Stone Cold Steve Austin was always just so badass. Even in his heel turn when the Invasion happened, he was still great. As the years went on and I got a hold of DVDs, VHS tapes, and just watching videos online; I was able to enjoy and appreciate the nWo in WCW, Randy Savage in the WWF, Dusty Rhodes just about everywhere. So many great performers, so little time.

Here is just a small list of my top 5 favorites.

1 - Macho Man Randy Savage

2 - DDP

3 - Stone Cold Steve Austin

4 - Razor Ramon

5 - Mick Foley

Undertaker was always my favorite when I was a kid. Beyond him, Steve Austin, The Rock, Kurt Angle, and Mick Foley are some of my other favorites.

Man, wrestling.

The Rock was my favourite when I was younger, though I also loved Mankind. Was a big Kurt Angle fan when he was around, too.

Best current wrestler? Erm, I'd go with either Ziggler or Cody Rhodes.

Stone Cold drove a beer truck to the ring and hosed down Vince McMahon, so definitely him. Undertaker was cool when he was a character and not just some redneck.

Why do you think he was my favorite? I kid! I kid!

The first that spring to mind are Shawn Michaels, Eddie Guerrero and Chris Jericho.

Undertaker

Although I haven't watched wrestling since around 2000, I can name a couple of guys that I liked.

1. Jake the Snake (had his action figure as a tike when I don't think I even watched wrestling)

2. The Rock

3. Chris Jericho

I guess that's about it.

As far as my Booker T's Fave Five from today goes: (In no order)

1. CM Punk

I watched and enjoyed these old wrestlers.

I enjoyed a few more, but these were my favorite.

No real order. Mick Foley, Macho Man, Shawn Michaels, Lita. As for newer folks, CM Punk, Santino, and Beth Phoenix have managed to remind me why I watched wrestling in the first place.

Shawn Micheals, Bret Hart and Razor Ramon/Scott Hall are the three that I remember the most fondly.

excluding kurt angle and sting as being my favorites because no matter how much i love them tna seems to fly backwards and forwards with being good with them and just being terrible (if it wasnt for tna they would be 1 and 2 respectively)
