FedEx Sucks

I ordered an iPOD, and they said they "attempted to deliver" my package, when I was home all day....and they didn't leave one of those door hangers saying they tried to deliver it.

I called them, and hopefully they'll come back tomorrow. :(

Do you have bad experience with these morans?

I can't say i've had a bad experience...yet.

I HATE FedEx and UPS for these reasons.


This is why I always try to make sure whatever I buy (from sites and from eBay sellers) is delivered via USPS mail because the mailman just leaves it at my door.

I've never had a problem with USPS, FedEX or UPS. They have all been great for me. I generally get things shipped via USPS because they are usually the cheapest.

I had a recent experience like this with a USPS contract delivery person (plain minivan with "US Mail" sign on it). They stopped in front of our house, which had a "for sale" sign in the yard (because we were selling our house...duh), and didn't even get out of their van to knock on the door. They just drove off! They decided we no longer lived there and returned the package to Amazon! Idiots! Since when do you not even TRY to see if anyone still lives in the house??? I saw the whole thing from a window on the second floor. They were gone before I could run out and stop them.

UPS is much better with that crap. My friend had to pay a load for shipping.

I sent in my Xbox to Microsoft, and they said they shipped it back out to me, I check to see if I got  package everyday I got home from school, well, after about a week and no package, I see a little paper floating by my front door in some bushes, so I pick it up and its from UPS saying they can't deliver the package because no-one was home to sign it and if they couldn't deliver it by two more times it would be shipped back to Microsoft, so I had to call them and everything  and yeah I got my Xbox back but what pissed me off was the note wasn't even in the mail-box or door, it could have blown away and I would have never known.

i know FedEx sucks first hand.I used to work their.They dirtbagged me on my checks so I quit.People stole from their all the time though..and we would break boxes and nobody would care.

I'm not going to hate on either FedEx or UPS, because the drivers for both companies that make their rounds in our area are all good guys. The UPS guy that takes my route is especially cool. I order a lot of stuff from Amazon (gotta love free two-day shipping through Amazon Prime), so I see this guy at least once every two weeks or so.

used to work there too. have you ever seen the beginning of ace ventura? that was everyday for me. ahahahhahahah

It's your own fault for ordering an Ipod...FedEx guys know they suck so they're probably just kicking the box around at the local depot. ;)

I ordered from DHL once, and they couldn't even find my house...
we moved into a fairly new community and its not even on mapquest.
