Fly in my ear. HELP! - Off-Topic

So basically i have a little fly or something that got into my ear and now its just killing me! I think its beating with wings my ear drum and is trying to get out but stuck in earwax... The hospital is really couple of hours away and its almost night here, what can i do on my own???

@nissanskyline: Pour water into the ear. My brother had a moth fly into his ear once and if I remember correctly all they did was pour water into it and the thing flew out.

I had my cousin get a cockroach stuck in her ear. I remember that they couldn't do anything on their own. They had to go to the hospital to get it removed...

Go to the hospital or use steam from a boiling pot of water to kill it, then go to the hospital.

No worries mate. It'll eat its way through the other ear, and then fly out. Downside: on its epic journey it will lay about 20000 eggs in your brain. They will hatch and form a symbiotic relationship with you, eventually killing you off when they run out of brain matter. Advantage: yeah, I got nothin'.

Go to the hospital and get it flushed out, dude. Or you can do what my dad did when he had a fly in his ear: wait 3 days to get it flushed out, not sleeping and generally going insane.

Warm water would proabably help, just like it does against earwax if you have one of them ear cleaning pumps. Otherwise just pour some in I guess. If nothing else, it should kill that little motherfucker.

I had a giant junebug the size of the end of my thumb go in my ear, and I had to go to the hospital. She had to take a needle full of water and spray behind the bug until it got pushed it. As said, pour some water in the ear to kill it and make the buzzing go away. It didn't hurt, but the wings flapping and feeling that fucking thing move around my ear was a dam nightmare.

That's why I sleep with earphones at night. Ever since I heard some story about some guy having to go to the hospital because there was a spider in his ear.

You know how japanese people sleep almost at ground level right? They don't really have beds per se, just some bedding stuff to lie on.

Anyways, when I was on a trip to Japan I overheard a story about a cockroach crawling into some girl's ear.

Guess what I saw crawling in my room just before I went to sleep.

I can't tell you how fucking happy I was when I woke up the following day.
