Okay guys I had a really bad sleep schedual I would stay up till like 7 in the mourning and sleep till 3pm. This made me feel bad so I decided to fix it. I stayed up one day took a 2 hour nap then woke back up and went to bed at like 11pm. It fixed my schedual until the last two days. I have gone to bed at 1:30-2:00 for the past two days and have slept till 2 in the afternoon. It's way too much sleep and I dont know why. I also feel very sore when I wakeup and I dont know why.

Any suggestions guys.

Maybe you need to start doing some kind of physical activity like running.

Oddly, the past 2 days, I was very sleepy myself.  I wake up around 7am and am tired around 11am.  O_o;  My sleeping schedule is fixed now though.

Christ, that is one fucked up sleep schedule...

Just go to bed earlier for a couple weeks, no matter how strange your body may feel, and force yourself to sleep normal hours. You'll get eased back into it if you keep going like that for a week or two. That's how I always used to do it in high school when I had to go back to school after summer. It's all about getting your body in a regular habit. Also, doing something physical strenuous like previously mentioned, that could definitely help a little.

I used to sleep at 8am, wake up around 5'ish.

Now i'm at College, waking up at 6am and sleeping at 10:30.

I actually want to sleep.

Your body is lacking physical exercise so you are prone to staying up longer because you have all this unused energy. Simply do something active during the day, ride a bike, run, jog, etc. Also you are sore cause you are oversleeping. Set an alarm and get up. You have the same sleep regime I had while I was on summer vacations or during my year off of school when I was looking for work. You'll grow out of it. Now I stay up til 12:30-1am and wake up at 8:30 on Weekdays and 11am-12pm on Weekends pending any plans.

Like everyone else said, be more active.  Also I don't know if this would help, but try not to drink a lot of soda during the day because that might not be helping the situation

Go to bed earlier and right before going to bed, do some exercise routines.  Exercising right before going to bed helps you get to sleep faster and makes your sleep better.  I can personally attest to this.

I've heard stretching right before you sleep can be good for you.

I go to bed around 9:30 PM (one hour o.o) and wake up around 6 AM. That's a little more than 8 hours of sleep, which is usually what is recommended.

If you feel bad when you wake up, go to bed earlier. Always helps.
