FYI PS4 HBO GO with Comcast / Xfinity finally works.

Like many people i was excited when HBO Go launched on PS4 but disappointed when I found out that Comcast was blocking streaming to this device for nothing more than trying to extort sony to unblock it. Every so often i would check if it was working. While i have not seen any news indicating a change in status, yesterday I check and activated HBO GO on my PS4 with Comcast.

Thanks for the tip, I'll have to check this out. I got the cheapest Comcast cable package when I moved into a new apartment last Fall and they threw in a year of HBO but neither I nor my girlfriend have ever even looked for the channel. Everyone keeps telling us to watch Westworld though so maybe we'll finally check it out if we can stream it now.
