I've sent multiple messages to the GB customer service email but with no reply...So I'll ask for help here.

I bought a year subscription on January of this year and was supposed to get the $15 store credit. Where do I find this store credit code? IS it automatically applied to w/e you buy or what? Cause I never received one and I feel like i'm getting shafted ignored...

You should receive an email with the code. If you didn't, check your junk folder. If it's not there, you'll need to contact the staff about the issue.
