Does any one know where that phrase came from? It is part of a looping background music for a fighting game. Does anyone know?
Gonna take you for a ride

My four-year-old sister asks me for piggyback rides by saying "you wanna give me for a ride?" I guess she figures the inverse of "take" is "give." She doesn't speak very well, but she's seeing a speech therapist. ANYWAY, I always sing that song from Marvel vs. Capcom 2 in the most Hedwig and the Angry Inch voice I can muster.
Wait-wait-wait. Are we asking what video game song is being played or where the phrase "taking (someone) for a ride" came from? 'Cus that phrase didn't first appear in a video game. >.>
