I did shortly after Patricks incident. First time ever too:
Walking down the stairs at school, misjudged a step and landed on my ankle and broke it.
Not knowing what just happened, I carried on my day, and even walked a mile home on a broken ankle.
I broke my left arm back in 2000 near the wrist area. How I did it was I feel down backwards on some basement stairs. I remember that my head was the first part that made contact with the stairs. My eyes were closed and I saw green flashes. Surprisingly enough, I did not suffer a concussion.
What sucks about most of this: I was on vacation at the time, plus I am also a south paw as well. Ever since that wipe-out, my left arm starts hurting a-bit whenever I lift things that weight more than 50 Lbs.
I've fractured both of my feet after jumping off a fairly high cliff whilst rock climbing a year or so back.
It hurt pretty bad, but it was worth it because I got to boss people around while I was in a wheelchair. That being said, my legs were extremely itchy under the casts, and I couldn't do anything about them. After a week or so I got used to it though.
