Unfortunately, it appears to be broken now, but if you use a twitch downloader the second and third segments still work.

Has anyone thought about the other non Giant Bomb profiles like Jeff's? there are a lot of him and Ryan driving home. i see we have (helps to read ^^) grabbing them as well.

I noticed that the Giant Bomb Unarchived YouTube channel uploaded the first Big Live Live Show, Live and it was immediately taken down due to multiple copyright claims from several companies. Um...I guess we need to figure out someplace else to put stuff like that. It would be really nice if stuff like that could go here on the site though.

An update about the Youtube channel some guys over at the GB NeoGAF thread are running: All unarchived TNTs have been uploaded. They're now working on other, longer videos too. The goal is to have every single unarchived GB video uploaded to that channel (or linked to it if the video is uploaded elsewhere, if it makes more sense than to just upload it to the channel) before Twitch blows up.

Since this is on the front page now it'd be good if we could get some proper co-ordination going. IE What has been saved where and what hasn't, something a little more easy to organize than people posting on here just saying what they what. I have plenty of HD space if anything needs to be saved.

@pinner458: Fattony has downloaded every unarchived GB video on Twitch. I'm not sure what he intends to do with them though.

Other than that, what I know is that the goal for the Giant Bomb Unarchived YT account is to upload every unarchived GB video (there's a Google doc with limited access someone over at GAF made which has the link to literally every unarchived GB video on Twitch, at least what could be found - there's also some super early stuff on Ustream). It's 300+ videos IIRC. We're co-ordinating that stuff in a Google doc, but only people who upload to the channel has access to it. Other than that, I'm not sure.

@amyggen: Cool, well bandwidth is also no problem for me so let me know if help is needed.

I think it would do for someone to sift through some of this stuff and pluck out highlights from some of these 4+ hour livestreams, but that can be done after all of this stuff is saved. I really appreciate what people are doing here, I haven't seen some of this stuff in years.

I now have pretty much all of Giant Bomb's Twitch videos from 2010 to 2014, and in 720p from early 2011 onwards (there are still some videos that have URLs that you simply can't download or view any more). This equates to:

1,422 videos.

754 GB.

I have been working with fine NeoGAF user danserv, in order to try and get those last few videos downloaded. It may be possible to grab them, but in a lower quality.

Don't worry, just send me a couple of blank floppy discs and I'll copy the videos over and send them back to you.

Also, maybe you already know, but the Big Live Live Show Live was taken down. Says it got flagged for copyright or something. I thought that only happened if you were monetizing? Whatever, youtube is lame sometimes.

@cornbredx: Operation Supply Drop (at least the Danny part of it, not sure about Rorie) is already up on Youtube. But it's in several parts, so maybe it'll get uploaded in one part to the Unarchived channel? And yeah, stuff is being uploaded constantly to the channel.

I know it's not GB content per se but I think the GB fans might be interested in Danny O'Dwyer and his quest to date some pigeons.

Dumb question: Has anyone archived the Twitch archives of Jeff's individual streams? While most of them were "dumb" drive-by commentaries, I don't want us to lose him playing Last Ninja and trying to beat it for 4 hours. Not sure if the other bombers had dedicated Twitch channels with old stuff like that.

I am currently missing these 82 Giant Bomb Twitch videos, is anyone able to help me find them? I am working to get this stupid image turned into a text file+cross reference it with names of videos that might be a lower quality (they get named differently depending on the quality, these ones here are all 720p).

I watched the Funky Barn stream through again about a month ago, around the time I bought Funky Barn. It's truly something spectacular (the stream, that is).

Man, the reality of what is happening with Twitch by seeing this thread is really sinking in and it's really bumming me out. So much amazing content including stuff outside of the GiantBomb channel that'll be gone forever unless it's saved. Danny O'Dwyer has some good stuff on his personal Twitch account too.

I've got the last few segments of the Funky Barn stream that are missing on my hard drive, where should I send those?

Also since we're talking unarchived Twitch footage I'm gonna plug my playlist where I uploaded the member-exclusive behind the scenes stream during the Big Live Live Show Live 2011 which was never posted anywhere afterwards.

@marcusofadown: yes and no, the This Year guys that cover popular podcasts have it in audio form, however its buried deep in a 6 hour podcast.

I just remembered yesterday about Patrick and Rorie's Dark souls streams. If I'm not mistaken, I believe Patrick played almost all of the game. He only played the first couple areas by himself, and then proceeded to stream the rest of the game until the very (triumphant) end. Edit: Well, never mind I guess. Patrick himself had the foresight to upload them on youtube in the first place. There's a few highlights from Rorie's on there too, but that about it for his streams from what I can tell.
