Space Michael Jordan would definitely give real Michael Jordan a run for his money. I see it kind of like the battle between Godzilla and Mechagodzilla -- Space Jordan would have some cool space powers (Such as a cool looking zero-gravity jam from the half court line, or something having to do with his ability to shoot space lasers) while Earth Jordan would have the thing that really matters: Heart.

As for Space Space Jam proper, I'm not sure the universe is ready for such a discussion.

Seven liters is the largest quantity of lube I have ever purchased in a single trip to Costco. Also, the 7.0 liter V8 in the Corvette ZO6.

It's a combination of me being Norwegian (weegie is apparently a nickname used for us) and a stupid in-joke in my grade 10 science class. We would call out random words, mine was wrench. So weegie and a wrench. I dunno.

I was thinking of changing it to Professor Diggabone after listening to Jeff on the DSi ware section of the podcast.

I like zombies and penguins, so it just kind of happened. Since zombiepenguin is regularly taken, I stuck a 9 on the end in reference to the Nazgul from LotR, which is something else I'm into.

It's just been my nickname for years now, I'm not exactly sure what the origin of it was but I like it quite a bit.

@eugenesaxe: Yeah, I think got it from a Will Ferrell sketch on the SNL's news of the world with Colin Quinn during the Monica Lewinski scandal. I remember Will Ferrell trying to high five Quinn and shouting things like "... You don't even know!" if that helps identify it.

It's just a word that I made up in about 2000 and I've stuck with it ever since, mostly due to it being very unique, and americans get confused at how to pronouce it because they think it's French.

My other pseudonym of PESTILENCE is that a group of friends and I needed a cohesive xbox naming scheme, so we went with the four horsemen.

I made a bunch up, often filled with references. This is my first, and from way before GB. I wanted something no one would use, but not personal enough to not fit on the internet. I liked Windows Xp and thought when it went out of style I could use it as an experience point reference. The 7 was a combination of wanting to pretend there were more than one Xpgamer, and insure that It wouldn't be taken. Didn't work out perfectly... Gamer is pretty obvious.

Now I use it as a joke that I'm just another generic gamer, but also a statement that I'm not really a better person than anyone else. There's other deeper things but that's the gist of it.

I always had different ones but when I first got my 360 in '06 Fight Night Round 3 was the first game I played online. Since I had no gamertag and needed to get one to play online I put my first name in and let the 360 spit some choices back at me. I have to pay MS licensing fees everytime I make a post.

It's an anagram of my RL name.

I learned about Skalds (essentially, viking bards) after reading Beowulf, and learned to appreciate them after they became a class in Dungeons & Dragons. That sounds kind of shallow, but hey, whatever.

My name is Brock and I like the phrase, "Rock n Rolla." Hence, BrockNRolla.

Thought it was pretty clever.

Too Sweet was my Super Hero character on City of Heroes. Dude has the sweetest afro and his moves would have him say "Can you dig it sucka?" or "Dig This!!!" He was Superfly TNT with his martial arts moves. His name came from a movie I saw as a boy where a boxer named Two Sweet gets sent to jail. I remember the Haiti Kid being in that movie.

Actually here is the movie, it was called Penitentiary III.

I was arrested a few years back for attended a protest that turned a wee bit ugly (I had nothing to do with the ugly parts, but they rounded up everyone in attendance just to be sure). As they were taking down people's names I told them mine was Smart (my real last name). The cop's reply was one of my favorite sentences I've ever heard: "Well, Mr. Smart. What you've done here today was pretty...UN-smart!"

Its a messed with version of the Welsh word saethu, which means to shoot, like an arrow. I was originally trying to find the word for "fire" and picked the wrong translation while looking for character names, so it's more "to fire" than a fire. I thought it sounded cool, so I kept it.

I hit the keyboard a bit, added some more vowels, tweaked it a bit and then checked google for uniqueness. Two partial word hits was good enough.

My only regret is that it contains both a Z and a Q which I consider somewhat gratuitous.

I was afraid that if I chose Coltrane people might think I'm a racist.

There is a band called, "Still It Cries" but I didn't want to use that exact name for my gamertag so I used this one.

Sgt in the Marine Corps and a friend bestowed the nick name Sphynx on me back in 2004 because he said I looked like Vinnie Jones in Gone in Sixty Seconds. Name has been some variation of [Rank]Sphynx ever since.

Cyrus is from Chrono Trigger because I liked his character at the time (now I just like the name) and Saren from Mass Effect because.... well, I liked him as an antagonist and I thought it was a cool name. Mainly, it's two names together that I think are cool.

My friend has a dog named Quido (actually it's Kvído - the same thing in my local language) and once I just called the dog Quipido (and also Piqido) and then I realised it's an unique name - ideal for internet usage. It has been a couple of yeras now and I use it all the time, it's never taken anywhere.
