How do I unsubscribe?

Trying to find out where to unsubscribe, my membership starting to feel like a MMO subscription that I haven't played in months, I will get another monthly sub when there is enough decent subscriber only content.

It seems to be hidden away somewhere the option for them to stop taking my money.

Thanks for quick response. Why isn't there a option in account\billing options. Seems a bit shady it isn't available from the main site.

Just@Marino If I unsubscribe will that end my current subscription I've already paid for. I believe I'm set till 2013 But probably won't buy again

I don't really understand why you keep insisting that it's shady. All of your account info/options are readily available to you from that button in your profile menu as I mentioned.

It lasts until the next payment period. At least it did for me.

Yeah once you actually put some effort into the site again, until then I will just watch youtube videos.

By that I mean the sub content, the rest of site is fine but their is no reason why I should pay for it just to disable ads, since I have ad block anyway.

I must be blind because I actually don't see the "Unsubscribe" button when I go check any of the menus after hitting the Account/Billing button in the top right. 
I can update my plan fine though (I'm not gonna unsubscribe, it's just weird that I don't see it) 
 
Or maybe I am just blind 
 
 
Edit: Ah, I wasn't blind it just hidden under the "Premium Member Hub" tab.

I had some trouble finding this too (except I was cancelling because I have no money, not because I'm disappointed in the content).

Its hidden in Premium Member Hub under a FAQ. Simple right? Cause why would it be under account management?

While I agree there should be a link to the cancel page in the "Change Plan/Update Credit Card" area, it really isn't too hard to find your way to the cancel page through any of the "Support" or "Help" areas for paid membership. That's probably where I would have looked before making a thread on here.

Whether it's 'shady' or not, when I wanted to cancel my subscription I couldn't find it either. I had to Google it, which led me to a different forum thread with that link. It really should be more obvious on your account settings.

They should probably make that more apparent. Something's wrong when people have to google/make a thread asking how to unsubscribe.

I keep meaning to check when mine renews because I'm not sure if a bi-weekly flight simulator quick look is really worth paying 5 bucks a month for.

Why don't they just hire Matt and Steve to do endless horror game endurance runs until they either play every horror game or become men?

I had some trouble as well unsubscribing.

When it is a lot easier to subscribe than unsubscribe I don't think the word "shady" is out of place.

Its not in your settings because auth.giantbomb uses a Https connection and the rest of Giantbomb does not.
